Head Critter Profile
Our Founder, Sue Towler, offers a solid work history, superb credentials, and impeccable references. She retired from the United States Air Force Reserves having served honorably for more than 24 years.

In addition, Sue is owned by several pets and has experienced everything from kitty hair-loss to doggie behavioral problems. Her personal experience with extensive travel makes her sensitive to the "worries" associated with being a pet owner away from home.
