RESERVATION POLICY

__________________, do hereby acknowledge I am using my credit card to secure a reservation for my dog at the barking lot on the following dates___________________.  I understand that this purchase is non-refundable in its entirety and can be used in its full amount for future boarding dates.  The credit is only fully given if the client gives the barking lot adequate notice :

5 days during non-holiday times
10 days during all major holiday times

I certify to the barking lot that i completely and totally accept these conditions and that I _______________ gave the barking lot my crecit card number in full faith and that i understand that they fully disclosed this policy and that this policy is a condition of securing a reservation for my dog.
