Reservation Policy

I do hereby acknowledge I am using my credit card to secure a reservation for my dog with Critter Sitters on the following dates indicated in the form.  I understand that this purchase is non-refundable in its entirety and can be used in its full amount for future dates.  The credit is only fully given if the client gives Critter Sitters adequate notice :

5 days during non-holiday times
10 days during all major holiday times

I certify toCritter Sitters that I completely and totally accept these conditions and that I gave Critter Sitters my credit card number in full faith and that i understand that they fully disclosed this policy and that this policy is a condition of securing a reservation for my dog.
